Dana Swanson

Dana Swanson - Director of Sales & Business Development

Originally from Swedesboro, New Jersey, Dana joined The Dunes in 2014. She currently serves as the Membership and Catering Sales Manager, supporting members and guests with event coordination and venue planning. Dana graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Resort & Hospitality Management from Florida Gulf Coast University. She enjoys cultivating relationships with members and guests and takes pride in coordinating meaningful celebrations such as weddings, anniversaries, and other special events.

Nicole Lawless, Accounting Manager

A Southwest Florida native, Nicole was born and raised in the Fort Myers and Cape Coral area and has been a dedicated part of The Dunes team since 2005. A graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Business Management, she now serves as Accounting Manager, overseeing membership billing and day-to-day accounting operations. Nicole’s nearly 20 years with the Club reflect her deep institutional knowledge and commitment to supporting both staff and members.

KT Kustritz, Director of Community Relations

As Director of Community Relations at The Dunes Island Club, KT Kustritz is committed to strengthening the connections that make the community so special. Living on the island herself, she brings both personal investment and professional insight to her role.

With a Master’s degree in Counseling, KT approaches communication and member engagement with thoughtfulness and care, helping ensure every member feels informed, valued, and at home at The Dunes.

RoRo Garat

RoRo Garat - Executive Chef

Chef RoRo has worked at The Dunes Golf & Tennis Club on and off for over 20 years. In his role as Executive Chef, he has been honored with top awards for his culinary creations, including Best Steak Sandwich at Sanibel’s famed Taste of The Islands event. RoRo’s signature steak and seafood dishes are among members and guests favorites on his globally inspired menu.
Zach Ninkovich

Zach Ninkovich - Director of Food & Beverage

Zach joined The Dunes Golf & Tennis Club 2015 as a server/bartender before being promoted to the role of Food & Beverage Manager. In this capacity he oversees all front of the house operations in food & beverage. Zach works closely with Dana in staging memorable events and member activities.

Nolan Henke, PGA Tour Member

A three-time All-American at Florida State University and FSU Hall of Fame inductee, Nolan is a three-time PGA Tour winner with four top-10 finishes in major championships. He brings tour-level insight and practical, results-driven instruction to every Academy session.
Mike Dopslaff

Mike Dopslaff - Director Of Golf

Mike Dopslaff is a seasoned golf professional and a proud member of the PGA of America since 1984. He has been affiliated with The Dunes since 2019, serving as Head Golf Professional and Director of Instruction.

Throughout his career, Mike has earned numerous accolades—as a competitive tournament player, a trusted mentor, and a proven golf business leader. His deep knowledge of the game, combined with a practical, people-first approach, has made him a respected figure in the golf community.

Mike’s passion for the sport and commitment to excellence continue to elevate both player development and the overall golf experience at The Dunes.

Spencer Ostrander, Head Golf Professional

Spencer Ostrander serves as Head Golf Professional at The Dunes Golf & Tennis Club. He oversees all aspects of the golf operation, including daily play, member tournaments, merchandising, and instructional programs. Spencer enjoys working with golfers of all skill levels through private lessons, clinics, and player development initiatives, with a strong focus on growing the game through junior golf. He is committed to creating a welcoming, enjoyable, and memorable golf experience for members and guests.
Jeff Navoichick

Jeff Navoichick - Golf Course Superintendent

Originally from Minnesota, Jeff relocated to Florida five years ago and joined The Dunes in 2021. He was recently promoted to Golf Course Superintendent and brings a background that includes experience with the OPCMIA and service as a paid, on-call volunteer firefighter. The course holds special meaning for Jeff and his family, as he and his wife were married at The Dunes, and he later learned his uncle golfed the course and stayed at The Inns during their honeymoon. Jeff is proud to lead a highly skilled team and takes pride in maintaining exceptional playing conditions for members and guests.
